Celebration Villa of Martinsburg team member earns national recognition at Priority Life Care’s 2026 Executive Director’s Symposium
Carrie Besaw, a team member at Celebration Villa of Martinsburg, has been recognized as the second runner-up for the Bob Novak Associate of the Year Award at Priority Life Care’s annual Executive Director’s Symposium, which was recently held in Hutchinson, Florida.
This recognition highlights Gordon’s performance and commitment to resident care throughout the past year, as well as her remarkable journey of dedication and growth. A 14-year veteran of Celebration Villa of Martinsburg, Besaw is known for her incredible versatility and dedication. While she works primarily in housekeeping, she willingly steps in wherever help is needed, from caregiving and cooking to assisting residents and welcoming families. Her selfless commitment, strong work ethic, and passion for serving residents make her a valued and respected team member.
